Dean Wallace, Jr. was raised in Seguin Texas where he has built his career and his family over the last 4 decades. In 1991, Dean attended Texas Lutheran College on an athletic scholarship while earning his B.S. in Environmental Biology.
Dean has spent the last 25 years working with a few of our community’s largest manufacturing operations where he learned the true value of the hard-working citizens of Seguin and the surrounding areas. He has held many positions in his career through the years such as Purchasing Manager, Operations Manager, Superintendent, Value Stream Manager and Plant Manager, where he had the pleasure of helping many employees find opportunities to help them reach their own goals. Dean has an outstanding record of building teams in order to execute successful, commercial business plans and takes pride in being a small building block in the development of so many great, local careers.
Dean and his wife Darla enjoy raising their family through athletics, outdoor adventures and local school functions of many disciplines. They have a small ranch in the Seguin area and also enjoy trips to the Texas coast for fishing and relaxation.
