Chelsea has a professional background as a property claims insurance adjuster, serving customers in some of the most devastating moments of their lives.
Because of her high performance in handling claims, she was hand-picked by leadership for a specialized role. She managed and consulted restoration-trade contractors on the preferred vendor program- which allowed the contractors claim assignments to scope and repair damage in member’s homes. She effectively and efficiently negotiated contract modifications and adjustments on behalf of members, ensured contract documentation accurately reflected products and services provided by the vendors, and monitored contractors’ ability to deliver total customer satisfaction with contractual requirements and service level agreements.
With her exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication and problem-solving skills, Chelsea focuses on carrying out every transaction with utmost accuracy and dependability. She always prioritizes the needs of her clients and works tirelessly in their best interest, ensuring they get the best deals possible.
