Nick Lehmann

Nick Lehmann knows the land, the ever changing landscape and water ways of the Texas Hill Country. Born and raised on Lake Placid, Nick has been fishing, skiing, and exploring local lakes his whole life. He was raised in Seguin and graduated from Seguin High School (1999) then attended Texas State University (1999-2004) earning a degree in Criminal Justice.
While working his way through college, Nick started giving ski lessons on Lake McQueeney in 2000 at the Lake Breeze Ski Lodge. Nick owns and operates a successful ski business, NLSKI, from 2007 to present. In addition, Nick has a background in ranching and cattle operations having managed the historic El Capote ranch (2012-2019), and his family’s ranches in Lincoln and Harper, Texas raising cattle and sheep. He was recently commissioned by Friends of Lake McQueeney to graze sheep and goats during the draw down for forage control.
The opportunity to be part of Tarpon Blue sales force is Nick’s first formal foray into real estate, although he has been assisting and advising people about lake properties in the area for years. As a lifelong resident, Nick is in a unique position to know the history, while seeing the future, of real estate in this area.
